SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 1PM Central Time on
Monday through Friday are processed and shipped on the
same business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday
will be shipped on Monday.
We offer free ground shipping for orders
over $50 to addresses in the Continental US, Alaska and
Hawaii. Orders under $50 are charged $3.95 for shipping.
2nd Day Air shipping is $18.95 and Next
Day Air is $28.95.

TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.
Occasionally we may run out of an item
shown on our website. You will be notified by e-mail if
the item(s) you ordered is out of stock.
RETURN POLICY
At Squashproshop.com your complete
satisfaction is our goal.
We DO NOT have a restocking charge.
Exchanged shoes will be charged the
ACTUAL shipping charge when we ship the exchanged shoe
to you.
Please note that if you return an item
that had free shipping, we will deduct the ACTUAL
shipping charge from any refund.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the
date of purchase. If you wish to return any item, please
call us at 1-866-377-8274 to obtain a return
authorization.
NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY US
WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Any items returned to us MUST be in
brand new condition as follows:
The manufacturer’s plastic
wrap on the racquet grip MUST be
intact.
Racquet face plate must not
be removed.
Racquets must not be played
with.
Shoes must not be worn on
court or out doors.
Packages with string and
grips are not opened.
Any items that are returned MUST be
returned by a traceable shipping method.
We cannot be responsible for any
shipment lost in transit.
WARRANTY POLICY ON RACQUETS
Most manufacturers offer a one year
limited warranty for defects in
materials and workmanship under normal
use. This policy does not apply to any
condition caused by abuse or error in
maintenance or handling (including
damage caused by faulty stringing).
If you feel your racquet has cracked
prematurely due to a defect, please call
us at 1-866-377-8274 for a return
authorization and shipping instructions.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO PLAY WITH A
CRACKED RACQUET AS THIS WILL LESSEN THE
CHANCES OF IT BEING REPLACED.
Any racquet replaced under this policy
will be covered by the warranty only for
the remainder of the original one year
period.
